Heidi Hardman

Heidi Hardman, Co-Chair (Alum Parent)
Heidi has served on the Northwest Academy Board of Trustees since January 2024, previously holding the role of Secretary and currently serving on the Search Committee for Head of School. Her son is a 2025 graduate of Northwest Academy. With a background in marketing and communications, she balanced a career over the last decade as a freelance web designer with a commitment to parenthood and community engagement. She has also served twice as PTA President for her kids' elementary school and been active on Auction committees at both their school and Northwest Academy. She is an avid reader and loves to be outdoors—she's in a book club, a hiking group, enjoys skiing, and is learning to row on the Willamette River.
