How To Apply

Curious to learn more or ready to apply?
Thank you for your interest in Northwest Academy. To begin, please submit an inquiry so our admissions team can connect with you. This will also enable you to schedule a campus tour and access the application form. If you have any questions, contact the Admissions office at admissions@nwacademy.org, or call 503-223-3367 x104. Admission Process:
  • Attend a campus tour or our Open House
  • Complete the online application and submit a non-refundable application fee of $100
  • Schedule a shadow day for your student
  • Submit an artistic response based on the shadow day visit
  • Submit a parent statement
  • Request teacher recommendations from current teacher(s)
  • Request grade reports/transcripts from your student’s current school
  • Schedule an admissions assessment
Admissions and Financial Aid applications for the 2026-2027 school year are due February 2, 2026.
