Cat Smith

CAT SMITH has dedicated most of her career to youth development, serving as a high school and middle school counselor and youth life coach for over 15 years. She holds a Master’s in Education in School Counseling from Lewis & Clark College and is a Board Certified Coach, serving students both in and outside of school settings. Cat's approach centers on building strong relationships and fostering collaboration, using evidence-based practices of empowerment, strength-building, and solution-focused counseling. 

 

Cat lives with her husband and three energetic kids. Besides spending time with family, she enjoys food, good conversation, and moving her body outdoors.
