Molly Sultany

High School Science Teacher; Department Chair (Science)

MOLLY SULTANY has her B.A. summa cum laude, phi beta kappa, in biology, (Willamette University), and M.A. in teaching (Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education). Molly embraces experiential learning, differentiation, and scientific literacy in her classroom. As the faculty mentor for Northwest Academy’s science research program, Molly and her students were invited to share their stream water research with Dr. Jane Goodall at the Oregon Youth Environmental Science Summit. She has been awarded classroom and research grants from the American Chemical Society, Beaverton Education Foundation, Diack Ecology Education Program, and Northwest Aquatic & Marine Educators' Program. She enjoys spending time on the Oregon Coast, birdwatching, and nature photography. Molly has been with Northwest Academy since 2012.
