Dayna (she/her) is the owner of Underhill Law Office where she practices in the area of legal and government ethics and professional responsibility. Dayna has served as a Northwest Academy trustee since 2012 when both she and her son, Ethan (who attended Northwest Academy for middle and high school graduating in 2017), fell in love with the school’s mission, vision, energy, and a deep sense of community. Although Dayna attempted to leave the board when her son graduated, the school’s pull and her connection to it were too strong and she returned after a one-year hiatus.  Along with her extensive knowledge of NWA’s history, Dayna brings her employment and risk management expertise to the board.
