Sloan Kimball, CFA®  is the managing partner of Pension CFO, an investment and business advisory firm. He has three adult boys and is in his third year on the Northwest Academy board. While none of his children attended Northwest Academy, he has a passion for Northwest Academy—what it is and what it can become. Sloan excels at managing complex issues and devising unique solutions to meet business challenges. He cares deeply about cultivating team performance and stimulating individual achievement.
