Auditions for High School Advanced Vocal Music

Auditions for the High School Advanced Vocal Music class will be held on Friday, May 22nd by appointment. Those who audition will be asked to sing a song of their choice, followed by a short exercise to assess their musical ear, and concluded by determining their vocal range.

Students will sing the song live (via Zoom) during their appointment time. Bring to a pre-recorded, instrumental (i.e. karaoke) version of the song you are going to sing. Solo selections from classical music, musical theater, or jazz standards are good and appropriate music choices.

Students who wish to audition request a time slot by contacting Wade Willis at wwillis@nwacademy.org.
