Archie Matta

ARCHIE MATTA grew up on the sunny Pacific island of Guam, where he earned his bachelor's in psychology with a minor in biology. He has worked in various sectors of human services, ranging from suicide prevention in his university to college prep in high school to applied behavior analysis in a clinic for children on the ASD. His ultimate goal is to obtain his graduate degree in social work in hopes of providing counseling services specific to the needs of individuals who identify as AAPI and LGBTQIA+. In his free time, he enjoys playing board games and going on adventures with his boyfriend, playing with his cat and rabbit, and gardening. Archie joined Northwest Academy in 2022.
