Understanding the FACTS Payment System

FACTS is the tuition management service used by Northwest Academy to process all tuition and tuition deposit payments.  FACTS provides this service to more than 4,000 private schools nationwide.
FACTS helps families meet their financial obligation in a simple, convenient way that is confidential, secure, and available 24/7.  Because it is not a loan program, there are no interest or finance charges assessed, and there is no credit check.

Enrollment in the FACTS system is a one-time process that provides secure tuition processing for all the years your student attends Northwest Academy. For families who choose a one-payment plan, there are no fees.  For families that choose a 3-payment or 10-payment plan, there is just one flat enrollment fee each year.

For Northwest Academy, FACTS provides a better way to manage tuition collection thanks to their automatic payment system and the security of our families’ financial information. FACTS provides a variety of financial and management reports and helps control our costs.

For Families of Newly Enrolled Students
Families of newly admitted students should enroll with FACTS as a part of your student’s enrollment process.  Click here or on the FACTS logo above to be directed to our FACTS sign-up page.

Once your account information is confirmed, you will receive notice from FACTS.  FACTS will send a confirmation letter to the Responsible Party once the agreement is completed.

See below for information about the deposit and payment schedule.

For Families of Currently Enrolled Students
If your family does not currently have a FACTS account, please enroll in the FACTS system. Once your information is confirmed by Northwest Academy, you will receive notice from FACTS.  FACTS will send a confirmation letter to the Responsible Party once the agreement is completed.

If your family is already enrolled in the FACTS system, we recommend that you log in to your FACTS account and confirm or update your information and settings.  Once you have done this, you are ready for the new school year.

Deposits and Tuition Payments
When your family has completed the Northwest Academy Enrollment Contract and has enrolled in the FACTS system, our Business Office will post your tuition and tuition deposit information into the FACTS system.  FACTS will send you notice of the posting, and will deduct the tuition deposit from your account approximately 10 days after the posting date.  Your tuition payments will be deducted based on the dates and plans you selected in FACTS.  You can review this information any time by logging into the FACTS system.

Special Circumstances
If your family needs to make arrangements for tuition to be paid by a third party, or if you have other special circumstances, please notify our Business Office at business@nwacademy.org or 503-465-3077.
