Take the PSAT for practice. The
PSAT is given only once a year
in October during the regular school
day to include all high school
students. Level 1 and 2 students
are encouraged to take the test
so they can be familiar with the
testing process.
Tests are provided for all NWA
students. The cost for
2007 will be $17.00. Only
students who wish to receive
their score should pay this fee
before test day. The junior year
PSAT is the one and only chance
a student has to become a National
Merit Scholarship finalist.
* Take the PSAT in October. (Pay
fee before test day)
* Take the SAT I in March, May
or June for practice ? See what
your scores like. If they
are very high, you do not need
to take the SAT 1 again.
* In February, April or June,
you might want to take the ACT
for practice.
* Take the SAT II in June. SAT
IIs are subject specific and
are required by all University
of California Schools and many
of the East Coast selective schools.
* Retake the SAT I and/or ACT
